The RDAF organizes a webinar on early diagnosis for rare diseases in Switzerland

The Rare Disease Action Forum (RDAF) will host a multi-stakeholder webinar on ‘Early diagnosis for rare diseases’ on 29 March 2023, 17.00-18.30 CET. The webinar focuses on the diagnosis of rare diseases in Switzerland, provides an overview of the related challenges, and discusses potential solutions to improve access to diagnosis for patients. Co-moderated by Peter Löffelhardt (HOPOS) and Nathalie Schober-Ladani (RDAF Secretariat), the webinar will provide perspectives on:

Journey to diagnosis from a patient’s perspective
Challenges in early diagnosis for healthcare providers
Reimbursement of diagnostic tools in Switzerland

The webinar will be concluded by a discussion with the speakers and the audience. The webinar program is available here.
